Andrew Wilson founded Wilson Power and Energy following a successful career with Northern Ireland Electricity starting in 1999. Andrew was responsible for installing and maintaining distribution equipment on the network up to 33kV. Working with NIE has given him a wealth of experience and knowledge on which he has expanded considerably throughout his working life in the sector.

Since 2009 Andrew has worked in the secure power industry and has been trusted by some of the world’s largest blue-chip companies as well as critical health care facilities across the island of Ireland.

Peter Watson joined Wilson Power and Energy to handle site coordination and commissioning for the company’s projects. Peters’ passion is to bring the finest, most cutting-edge engineering to reality within a customer’s budget and to go above and beyond client’s expectations.

Peter has worked at a senior level in the electrical industry since 2001 gaining considerable sectoral knowledge and expertise. After completing a successful apprenticeship, he gained his JIB Approved Electrician status. Peter stayed within the Electrical Contracting Industry for the next decade and in this time his dedication and ability, and work across all sectors, saw him progress to an Electrical Project Manager role.

In 2012 Peter moved his interests into the secure power sector and is well-known at hyper scale level for install and commissioning. Having trained at factory level his working in-depth knowledge, and expertise, brings a cost-effective approach to all applications.

Expect a personal approach from Peter who will work tirelessly with the team to deliver all projects within the timeframe while continuing to go that extra mile.
