Before hand over, we will test and commission the UPS and perform a full start up. This incorporates in depth functionality testing of the electrical installation against the design specifications that have been agreed. This validates that everything is operating at optimal parameters in the customer’s working environment. We also conduct Load Bank Testing during which the UPS is exposed to a typical critical load that it may experience in an actual emergency. The test will validate the operational performance of the battery blocks and system, and provide information as to how the backup system will perform.
